Terms and Conditions for Lyceum Theatre London

 1. Interpretation

1. In the terms and conditions below: "Performance" means a show that you wish to purchase and attend and which can be booked via this website. Lyceum Theatre London. "Online" means Lyceumtheatrelondon.com "Customer" means you or anybody who in our reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission.
2. Any reference in these terms and conditions to writing or cognitive expressions includes a reference to fax transmission, e-mail or any other comparable means of communication.
3. Any reference in these terms and conditons to any provision of statute shall be construed as a reference to that provision as amended re-enacted or extended at the relevant time.
4. The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not effect its interpretation.

 2. Bookings

1. By clicking the "I Accept" button at the end of these terms and conditions and by completing the booking form you shall be deemed to have made an offer to book a performance subject to these terms and conditions.
2. No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us until a written confirmation of order is given by us and we are in receipt of the payment due pursuant to clause.
3. You confirm that all information you give to us while using the website is correct. If the information changes prior to your attendance at the performance it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.
4. Except as stated in clause 3.4 we will not be liable to give any refund or exchange for any performance booked by you online through this website. Tickets purchased or confirmed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, nor money refunded. This also applies if tickets once received by you are lost or stolen.

 3. Event

1. Upon acceptance of your booking we will book on your behalf the performance at the time and place requested. Whilst we will make every effort to provide the particular booking requested we reserve the right to change that booking as long as the alternative booking is of equal or greater value to your request.
2. The performance organiser reserves the right to alter the performance or its price without notice. No refund shall be given in those circumstances.
3. The performance organiser may cancel or postpone the performance. If the performance is cancelled or postponed we will not be responsible. Please contact us for information on obtaining a refund from the party responsible.
4. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at anytime prior to the performance taking place. If the cancellation is due to no fault of you we will give you a complete refund of all monies paid to us by you relating to the cancelled booking.
5. You shall not resell or transfer the booking to any other person. Any such resell or transfer will cause the booking to become void and the ticket holder maybe refused entry or ejected from the venue.
6. All tickets, or orders for tickets are accepted on the understanding that they are subjected to availability until theatre tickets, with confirmed seat numbers written on them, has/have been issued.

 4. Tickets

1. Where tickets are to be issued for a performance they maybe sent by courier, registered post, first class post or available for collection at the box office.
2. Tickets will only be delivered to the registered address of the credit/debit card holder if: a) the address is situated within the United Kingdom; b) the booking is made at least 14 days before the Event; c) you choose another delivery option. Please note that delivery will be subject to an additional charge for postage and packing as stated on our website. If tickets are not receieved due to delays or get lost in the post the customer can pick up a duplicate set of tickets from the theatre boxoffice on the day of the performance. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for the above.
3. You should receive your tickets at least 7 days prior to the performance. If you do not receive your tickets before this period please contact us.
4. If you are collecting your tickets from the box office please make sure you have your order confirmation and your credit/debit card (used to make the booking) with you. You will only be able to collect your tickets one hour prior to the performance starting.
5. It is your responsibility to check the information contained in the confirmation of the order and the tickets are accurate prior to you attendance at the performance.
6. Even though not a member of STAR, London Westend Ticket Service clearly identify the face value of the ticket purchased ,our selling price and any additional fee including payment processing fee and delivery charges. All terms and conditions including transferability, cancellation and viewing restrictions are highlighted. All bookings are handeled in a polite and courteous manner giving the highest standards of professional service.

 5. Payment

1. Unless otherwise notified to you in writing before acceptance of the order the price for the performance shall be the price set out on the website at the time we accept your order.
2. All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of any value added tax which amount will be payable by you.
3. You will pay the price upon completion of the booking form.

 6. The Website

1. The website content and design is subject to copyright owned or licensed by Lyceum Theatre London.com. The Website is provided solely for your own use and you will not, without permission, transfer, sell or attempt to transfer or sell access to or use of the site (or any part or facility of it) or any of your rights or obligations under this agreement to any other person.

 7. Website contents disclaimer

1. We give you no guarantee,warranty or assurance about the website or its contents. Whilst we do our best to maintain the accuracy and the quality of the information on the site they may be incorrect or out of date and may not constitute definitive or complete information relating to a performance or any other subject matter

 8. Data protection

1. We may use your personal information together with other information for providing services marketing administration. We may also keep your information for a reasonable period for marketing purposes in order to contact you about our services. Although you may decide by giving us notice in writing at any time that you no longer wish to receive marketing materials. By accepting these terms and conditions you are giving your consent to these activities.

 9. Force Majeure

1. We shall not be responsible to be in breach of these terms if, through circumstances outside of our control, we have been unable to fulfil your order or comply with any other obligations under these terms and conditions.

 10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

1. You accept that any order that we accept is to be performed by a third party (i.e. a theatre company or ticket company) and that we have no control over the performance quality. Therefore all such bookings will be on the terms and conditions of the relevant event holder and we accept no liability in respect of any such event.
2. Our entire liability under this agreement is limited maximum to the face value price printed on the ticket.

 11. General

1. If any of these terms is found by any court, or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of these terms and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.
2. The parties to this agreement do not intend that any term of this agreement will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person that is not a party to it
3. The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects of this agreement shall be governed by Norwegian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian law courts.
